The purpose of this web page is to provide ready to use online resources to aid the busy teacher, who wants to integrate technology into the curriculum. Many of us as teachers, are rather fortunate to have computers installed in our classrooms. Some are more fortunate to be connected to the internet. Having these great resources (computers and the internet) at our disposal, has brought the world so close to us, as the saying goes -just a mouse click away.
The substitute or new teachers can also find this web site very useful. I remember when I was a substitute teacher, sometimes I received calls late at nights to work the next day on a short or long term assignments. Although most of the times teachers would leave their plans, on many occasions I had to write my own lesson plans for that day or period.Wow! I wished I could have gotten those plans early enough for review. That would have made my day more meaningful and effective.
For effective and constructive instructions, substitute and new teachers might need help in writing lesson plans. This web site provides that help. Here teachers can view hundreds of lesson plans and tutorials in various content areas from veteran teachers around the world.
As I designed this page, the substitute teacher, the new teacher, and the busy teacher were at the center of my focus. This web site contains a host of useful and meaningful educational materials in multiple elementary subjects. It will link teachers to various online resources both in theory and practice.
You will surely find this web site loaded with a great deal of educational resources. I certainly hope that you will find this site a useful place to visit.
It is my intention to add new information and links to this page. I also want to work in partnership with you in particular and the community in general. If you need help in any online educational research, I will be willing to assist you. Email me for any comment you have about this site or things you would like to see added.
